Sales Executive – Consultancy Division

What You’ll Do

  • Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings

  • Understand client challenges and present tailored HR and consultancy solutions from our portfolio

  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closing

  • Maintain a strong pipeline using our CRM and report on sales activity and forecasts

  • Collaborate with our HR consultants and leadership team to ensure client needs are met post-sale

  • Represent JL Group at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR consultancy, recruitment, or professional services

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Western candidate strongly preferred for this client-facing role

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset

  • UAE driving license preferred
