We are a growing HR consultancy, working with SMEs and mid-sized businesses across the UAE and GCC. We specialize in HR audits, compliance, people strategy, and leadership development. We are now looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with potential clients and expand our reach.

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential clients, with the main goal of booking qualified meetings for the Managing Partner. You will play a crucial role in building our pipeline, ensuring we’re speaking with the right decision-makers at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies (SMEs, consultancies, creative firms, logistics, packaging, etc.) and key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, HR Directors).

  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, or HubSpot to build targeted prospect lists.

  • Create and execute outreach campaigns (LinkedIn messages, emails, follow-ups).

  • Qualify leads to ensure relevance before passing them on.

  • Book and schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the Managing Partner.

  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM.

  • Provide weekly reports on outreach performance and results.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B lead generation experience (mandatory).

  • Consultancy or professional services background (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to meet KPIs (booked meetings with decision-makers).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Must be English or Arabic native speaker

We are now looking for a proactive HR Business Partner / Associate to help us manage and deliver the services we provide to our clients.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner / Associate will work directly with our clients to deliver hands-on HR solutions, drive people initiatives, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business owners and leadership teams, providing insight and guidance across all areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct HR audits, policy reviews, and compliance assessments.

  • Support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice on contracts, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.

  • Facilitate training sessions and leadership development workshops.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables and documentation are up to date.

  • Contribute to proposals, reports, and presentations for new and existing clients.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (UAE or GCC preferred).

  • Experience in a consultancy or multi-client HR role (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Confident in advising senior leaders and managing complex HR matters.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is a plus.
