What You’ll Do
Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings
Understand client challenges and present tailored HR and consultancy solutions from our portfolio
Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closing
Maintain a strong pipeline using our CRM and report on sales activity and forecasts
Collaborate with our HR consultants and leadership team to ensure client needs are met post-sale
Represent JL Group at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR consultancy, recruitment, or professional services
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Western candidate strongly preferred for this client-facing role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
UAE driving license preferred
