As Co-Founder of JL Group, Luke leads complex projects across the MENA region, offering end-to-end consultancy and technical solutions in the print and packaging sector. He has led three major business turnarounds, delivered double-digit revenue growth, and implemented large-scale operational improvements including ERP rollouts, capex strategies, and performance-led culture shifts. Luke is also an accredited performance coach and a passionate advocate for leadership development and transformation.
